Presentation of CleRMa
Clermont Recherche Management (CleRMa) is the management research laboratory (EA3849) jointly operated by Université Clermont Auvergne and Clermont School of Business. CleRMa focuses its research on sustainable management, providing insights into the practices of executives, managers, investors, and users who aim to ensure the sustainability of businesses and public organizations.
A sustainable organization is committed to developing the human potential of its employees and enhancing knowledge. It is also responsible and concerned not only with its financial performance but also with the social and environmental impacts of its activities. Finally, it develops a strategy aligned with its local area and stakeholders.
CleRMa’s research activities are organized around three main areas:
- Alter-Management, Human Potential, and Innovation (AMPHI)
- Finance, Information, and Corporate Responsibility (FIRE)
- Strategy, Territory, and Stakeholder Networks (STeRA)
